This Week's One Hit Wonders

This Week's One Hit Wonders

A "one hit wonder" is a non-repeatable colorway that happens when there is dye testing going on, or an accident happens in the dye-pots or something just doesn't go quite as planned... BAM! Instant One Hit Wonder! This is your chance to snag a one-of-a-kind colorway, because these are not repeated!

Current order of yarns in the photo: starting at the top and moving counter-clockwise, we have Andre, Lynn, Tepper, Tiptree, and Yolen. Choosing the base from the drop-down menu will change the picture to match what's available in that base.

HaldeCraft HandDyed yarns started life in 2007 in a small yarn store in Gainesville, Florida (Hanks Yarn and Fiber) and was then called "Perhaps Today is a Good Day to Dye". It has continued online as HaldeCraft HandDyed since 2011, and is hand-dyed and lovingly re-skeined in a small home studio by someone who loves the fiber arts just as much as you do. If you are looking for photos of yarn colorways or finished objects and are on Ravelry, you can find my yarn in their database; just look for "HaldeCraft HandDyed".

This yarn was dyed in a smoke-free, but not pet-free studio; however, once dyed it is kept sealed in bags inside bins which studio tortoises do not have access to.
