How's your week going? I was having a great, productive week until yesterday afternoon when I sort of coughed a little bit and said to myself, "hmmm, I think my throat is a little sore"... this morning as I write this I have a full-on massive sore throat and congestion. Last night I had a lot of aches that I don't have this morning, though, so hopefully a good night's sleep (and NyQuil) and if I take it easy today....? I'll be fine? I don't have time or inclination to be sick! (Well, who ever does, right?!)
In ceramics, I had a couple of great kiln firings last week so have a lot of ceramics to list this week. Redesigned decal mugs, lots of salt and pepper shakers... stay tuned over the next week while I talk about a new thing every day!
In soap, I listed some earlier this week, and as soon as I can get more wrapped I'll list that as well. I'm excited about the addition of the Oatmeal base - those will be coming in as well (did you see the blog post I wrote about those earlier this week? That explains it in a little more detail.).
In yarn, I was planning on starting to dye yarn today, but need to take a sick day, so I'll start on that tomorrow or Friday. I did dye the test/reveal skeins of the upcoming HaldeCrate Colorway, and I'll be showing those off in color this week.
In other things... well, there were a whole bunch of things I had planned, but I wasn't planning on getting sick! I really don't have time to be sick, so I'm putting everything other than rest on the back burner for the rest of the day today and maybe tomorrow as well. I'd rather take a day or two off this week and rest, than push myself and get even more sick and wind up needing to take a whole week off next week. So then. What about y'all?
