Who said it could be almost June? That the year could be almost halfway done? I'm still trying to remind myself to type 2018! Sigh. So. What are y'all working on this week?
In ceramics, I'm working mostly on custom orders this week. And things that I want to do some decal testing on - some yarn bowls and a new mug shape. Nothing too exciting to report, really... unless you're one of the people I'm working on custom orders for, haha!
In soap, I had a small restock over the weekend. And I'm wondering how y'all feel about the new bundles (did you see my newsletter about that, a few weeks ago, if you signed up for the soap news?). Maybe I should do a longer post about this... real quick, there are two ways the bundles work right now. One is the 10-for-$50 listing, for which you can finally choose from currently stocked soaps! The other way it works is that for specific types of fragrances now, let's say Earthy, you can make your own set of bars from the Earthy section - and if you buy at least three, you get a 15% discount. I will be making other gift-type bundles as we get closer to the holidays, which will include things like soap dish/soap, etc.
In yarn, I'm getting ready to start dyeing the preorders for the Coconut Cream crate. After that I have a few out of stock things to dye (Dorian Gray and Red Red Wine) and after I dye those, I'll be able to finish up the reorganization of the yarn section of the website.
In knitting, I should be knitting another chemo hat for a friend of mine (the last one I knit came out too small) but I got sidetracked by starting a pair of socks (hey, it happens).
That's about it for me this week.... there's more that I'm doing and that is on my mind, but I'm out of time for blogging -- that bisque ain't gonna glaze itself! What about y'all? What are you working on this week? How's your week shaping up?
